The successful candidate will have:
- HLTA qualification
- Experience working in a primary setting
- Strong behaviour management skills
- The ability to work positively and effectively under pressure, while addressing all issues relating to the well-being and safeguarding of children
- A warm, approachable, inspiring, and enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills
- The ability to provide consistent teaching support to assist the classroom teacher's delivery of lessons
