As a Registered Service Manager, you will:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across four homes, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations.
- Act as the Designated Safeguarding Officer, addressing and reporting safeguarding concerns.
- Implement programs to help young people develop independence skills and manage complex behaviours.
- Collaborate with local authorities, professional partners, and external agencies.
- Conduct and update risk assessments, manage referrals, and oversee admissions.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring ongoing professional development.
- Assist with budget preparation and manage financial parameters.
