Senior Engineer
About the Role:
As a Senior Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of water treatment solutions for a major project. You will provide technical expertise, lead engineering teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
As a Senior Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical guidance and expertise on water treatment processes, technologies, and equipment
- Supervise all works to ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained
- Ensure all Risk Assessments and Methodology Statements are in place
- Developing conceptual designs, detailed engineering drawings, and specifications for water treatment systems
- Be able to identify any design issues and raise these to the attention of the Project Manager and Commercial Team whilst providing solutions
- Diagnosing and resolving technical challenges, identifying potential risks, and implementing solutions to optimise performance
- Maintain programme and identify opportunities
- Ensuring projects comply with all relevant water treatment regulations, industry standards, and safety requirements
- Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, ensuring clear understanding of project requirements and progress
- Maintain a full and accurate daily site diary, including any specialist attendance and any changes/ variations
What we are looking for:
- A proven track record as a Senior Engineer or similar role within the water treatment industry
- Recognised Civil Engineering or Site Management Qualification
- CSCS Management
- First Aid
- SSSTS
- A valid UK driving license
