Are you a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker with experience in Dementia, Challenging Behaviour, and Personal Care for a Trust of schools in Kent. The trust I am currently representing are looking for a number of Learning Support Assistants where you expertise in personal care will be vital. Your expertise can make a real difference in the lives of our students.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support to students with Dementia and challenging behaviours.
  • Assist with daily personal care needs.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to each student.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a positive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Personal Care, managing challenging behaviour.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in health and social care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A caring and patient nature.
  • You must have a British Passport and offer 5 days full-time.
