Are you an experienced and motivated Senior Social Worker looking for a leadership role? We are seeking a Senior Social Worker to join our dynamic Locality Team and help Medway make a real difference in the community. Your Key Responsibilities: Overseeing cases as they come into the Locality Team, ensuring effective prioritisation and allocation. Supporting and guiding staff, including providing supervision, managing performance, and fostering team development. Managing complex cases, with the ability to assess risks and escalate appropriately. Adapting quickly to shifting priorities and maintaining a collaborative team environment. What Medway are Looking For: A Qualified Senior Social Worker whom is registered on SWE Proven experience managing staff and overseeing team performance. Strong understanding of complex case management and escalation procedures. Exceptional organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to reprioritise workloads daily.
