Are you an experienced Neighbourhood Manager looking for your next challenge? We are recruiting for two dynamic professionals to join our client's team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.

The Role

As a Neighbourhood Manager, you will manage a defined patch of properties, delivering exceptional tenancy and estate management services to residents. You’ll take ownership of your patch, ensuring tenants feel supported and their homes and communities are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tenancy and estate management, including pre-void inspections and new tenant sign-ups.
  • Conduct home visits to address tenancy issues and breaches.
  • Manage low-to-medium-level anti-social behaviour cases.
  • Perform annual tenancy audits (minimum of 20% of patch properties).
  • Investigate potential tenancy fraud or subletting concerns.
  • Implement minor environmental improvements using a defined budget.
  • Liaise with councils and stakeholders to manage neighbourhood projects.
  • Represent the organisation at agency meetings related to community safety and development.
  • Handle administrative procedures such as tenant rights, mutual exchanges, and abandoned properties.

About You

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • Experience in tenancy and estate management.
  • A proven ability to manage anti-social behaviour cases and tenancy breaches.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Confidence in managing budgets and authorising payments.
  • A collaborative mindset to work with local councils and stakeholders.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
