Tripod Partners is looking for a Locum Senior Social Worker to join the social work locality team in Medway.
The work will be to oversee the cases coming into the locality team and supporting staff to prioritise and allocate work.
The successfull candidate will need to have experience of:
- managing staff
- providing supervision and
- looking at team performance.
They will need to be a good team player and be able to react and reprioritise work on a daily basis and will need to have a good understanding and experience of managing complex cases, knowing when to escalate appropriately.
Rate: Up to £40 per hour
