We are looking for an Adult qualified social worker who is interested in working closely with shared lives carers team in Medway. This role is to support Shared lives in their role and to monitor the standards of their work. They will need excellent communication skills and be able to quickly form trusting relationships with both the shared lives carers and the people who they support.
This is a hybrid Locum role.
