We currently have a permanent opportunity available in the for a full time Senior Practitioner to undertake Assessments, Support and Supervision of Foster Carers in the Encompass Hubs.

Duties

  • Undertaking Encompass Family Assessments
  • Undertaking home visits to Encompass families and carrying out their supervision and supporting them with the children and young people they care for.
  • Attending PEP’s and CLA reviews and any other meetings relevant to the child and young person.
  • Undertaking unannounced home visits
  • Keeping the Encompass family’s compliance checks up to date.
  • Attending relevant panels and meetings for matching purposes and reviews.
  • Working on projects within the Hub to achieve outstanding status.
  • Working together with all of children’s services for the best interest of the children and young people we care for.
