We are looking for a senior social worker to join Medways social work locality team. The work will be to oversee the cases coming into the locality team and supporting staff to prioritise and allocate work. You will need to have experience of managing staff, providing supervision and looking at team performance. You will need to be a good team player and be able to react and re prioritise work on a daily basis. You will need to have a good understanding and experience of managing complex cases, knowing when to escalate appropriately.
