You will work closely with senior stakeholders, hardware teams, and mentor the junior software engineers in what is a very research and development-oriented environment. This role is office-based in Margate.The ideal candidate will be an experienced embedded/firmware engineer looking for a team leadership position. From a technical standpoint, the right person will have strong experience in embedded firmware design for microcontroller-based products. Due to this being a lead role, the right person will also have strong communication and stakeholder skills.
