We are looking for a software developer with 12 months + experience to join the inhouse development team of this , a dynamic, innovation-led company. Ideally you will have skill in PHP and Laravel and looking to join a warm and collaborative team in Maidstone.
As part of their tech family, you will help develop, test, and maintain our proprietary PHP-based web application utilising the Laravel framework. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, including their Head of IT and Senior Software Developer, you will be part of an exciting journey of building and enhancing full-stack web applications.
Your day-to-day role will involve:
- Building robust and efficient PHP backend using the Laravel MVC framework.
- Designing user-friendly interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation and GIT repositories.
- Collaborating with other developers and ensuring product quality through peer review.
- Proactively providing project updates to the leadership team.
