Key Responsibilities:• Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 software engineers across multiple development projects• Follow and oversee Scrum methodologies.• Oversee project delivery, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met while managing risks and resources• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Skills & Experience Required:• Strong leadership experience managing software development teams within an electronic/embedded systems environment • Previous hands-on experience with software design and development in C, C++, C# etc. With an understanding of embedded and cloud services.• Expertise in Scrum methodologies
Bonus Relevant Skills• Familiarity with microcontroller architectures and communication protocols (SPI, I2C, TCP/IP, USB, RS232, etc.)
