What We’re Looking For:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and carry out beauty treatments, ensuring they meet the highest industry standards and cater to clients' evolving needs.
  • Maximise spa revenue and profitability through quality service delivery and effective use of targets and commission structures.
  • Manage stock security, minimising loss through efficient stock control systems and requisition procedures.
  • Optimise staffing levels via effective scheduling to enhance both revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Deliver a high-quality spa journey for all clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain data accuracy within electronic stock control, point-of-sale, and spa scheduling systems.
  • Monitor and respond to client feedback, ensuring swift and appropriate action is taken.
  • Continuously review and update the treatment range to remain competitive and relevant.
  • Conduct competitor research to ensure the spa maintains a leading position in service, offerings, and pricing.
  • Ensure all therapists receive comprehensive training to meet industry standards.
  • Perform trade tests to uphold treatment quality and consistency.
  • Stay informed about new industry trends and product innovations.

This role requires working 40 hours per week across five days, including weekends, with approximately 70% of the time dedicated to therapist duties. If you require flexibility, our client is happy to discuss options with you.
