We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive SEN primary school team. The role involves providing one-to-one support to children with Special Educational Needs, assisting in their learning, and promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Work closely with the class teacher to support students with SEN.
  • Provide one-to-one assistance to students during lessons and activities.
  • Adapt teaching materials to meet the individual needs of students.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with other staff members and parents to ensure student progress and well-being.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant, Support Worker, Care Assistant, or personal experience caring for children is highly desirable.
  • Graduates with some experience working with children (e.g., youth work, mentoring, tutoring) will also be considered.
