Teaching AssistantLocation: MaidstoneSalary: £100 per dayHours: 0915am to 4pmWe are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support our team ASAP. This role is perfect for those with a passion for helping children with learning difficulties and for those considering a career in teaching. The successful candidate will be able to start immediately.Day to Day of the role:

  • Support teachers in delivering academic excellence with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment, preparing equipment and materials as needed.
  • Assist with learning activities, ensuring health and safety, good behaviour, and engagement of pupils.
  • Support pupils in accessing learning activities as directed by the teacher to enable progression towards their targets.
  • Build and maintain successful relationships with students, treating them with respect and consideration.
  • Contribute to a personalised curriculum for each pupil’s learning.
  • Collaborate with families and other agencies to ensure every pupil is valued and supported. Uphold high expectations for sustained academic and personal progress.
  • Prepare pupils for the next steps in their learning and life in modern Britain.
