Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students with special educational needs.
  • Assist in implementing tailored interventions and individual education plans (IEPs).
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work closely with teachers to monitor and promote students' progress and well-being.
  • Record achievements and provide constructive feedback to teachers and parents.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
  • A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to working with children.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle are preferable but not essential.
