Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students with special educational needs.
- Assist in implementing tailored interventions and individual education plans (IEPs).
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Work closely with teachers to monitor and promote students' progress and well-being.
- Record achievements and provide constructive feedback to teachers and parents.
- Prior experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to working with children.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle are preferable but not essential.
