SEN Teacher

• ???�? Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of students with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and other learning difficulties.
• �? Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes engagement, independence, and progress for all students.
• ?? Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet evolving needs and abilities.
• ?? Collaborate with support staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support for students’ development.
• ?? Support students’ social and emotional development alongside their academic learning.
• �? Contribute to the wider school community, participating in school events, meetings, and ongoing professional development.

• �? A degree in Education or a related field.
• ?? Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• �? Experience working with students with special educational needs, ideally within an SEN or inclusive school setting.
• ?? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to building strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
• ?? A passion for providing inclusive education and helping all students reach their full potential.
