I'm working with an established recruitment agency to find a Senior Recruitment Consultant for their Maidstone office.
You'll join a high-performing construction recruitment team, with the flexibility to specialise in temp or perm, blue collar or white collar-whatever plays to your strengths.

What You'll Be Doing
- Dealing with key clients
- Taking the next step towards management
- Sourcing and engaging talent
- Managing the full recruitment cycle
- Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Developing new business & maximising existing client partnerships
- Negotiating offers and ensuring smooth placements
- Hitting (and exceeding) sales targets
What You Need to Succeed
- 2+ years of recruitment experience
- Eligibility to work in the UK (no restrictions)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Commercially minded, sales-driven, and hungry for success
- Organised, proactive, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
- A confident relationship builder with a growth mindset
