Responsible Sourcing Supply Chain

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000

Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for the approval of new suppliers and factories and liaising with the logistics team to ensure they are on-boarded in a timely fashion.
- Ensuring audit reports and corrective action plans are assessed, actioned, and monitored by engaging with suppliers.
- Coordinating social sustainability and supply chain mapping projects.
- Responsible for the delivery of internal training programme as per responsible sourcing and business strategy objectives.
- Keeping suppliers and relevant stakeholders up to date on issues of risk in sourcing regions through training and other awareness activities.
- Assisting with internal and external reporting.
- Providing support to customer engagement teams for external queries and to deliver engaging responsible sourcing content for customers.
- Responsible for tracking legislation.
Key requirements:
- Passionate about a career in responsible sourcing.
- Experience in the reviewing and grading audits.
- Experience of global supply chains.
- Strong regulatory compliance understanding.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Analytical with attention to detail.
- Experience of being part of a team and working in a busy environment.
- Experience of working cross functionally.
