Supply Chain Coordinator

Are you on the lookout for a varied new role? Pearson Whiffin are recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our client on a full-time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience within a logistics environment.

Duties include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries.
  • Ensure that all customer requirements are satisfied throughout the supply chain process.
  • Processing and dispatching customer orders on time.
  • Ensure customer orders are correct and delivered within agreed SLAs.
  • Invoicing.
  • Dealing with transport bookings.
  • Stock management.
  • Preparation of shipping documentation.

To be considered for this role, you must have/be:

  • Experience within a similar customer service role.
  • Computer literate and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Exceptionally organised with the ability to multitask.
  • Able to work within a fast-paced environment.
