The Supply Chain Coordinator role involves supporting the Buying team with stock management, administration, and forecast planning.
Candidates should have experience in stock management, forecasting, and supply chain processes, with a focus on administration and customer deliveries.
The position requires placing purchase orders, confirming delivery dates, and updating supplier documentation, along with processing invoices.
Applicants are expected to have at least 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain coordination.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

The successful Supply Chain Coordinator to support the Buying team with regards stock management, administration and forecast planning.

Assisting with stock management, forecasting and stock movement between internal sites and assist with stock query investigations.
Assisting with supply chain management, admin for deliveries direct to our customers and own sites including processing of supplier non-conformance complaint with BRCGS procedure
Placing purchase orders with suppliers, confirming delivery dates and following up goods in bookings
Liaising with our Operations, Customer Service and Sales teams on stock requirements
Updating supplier BRCGS documentation held on central system.
Processing invoices
Assisting with new customer enquiries from concept to conversion/closure, keeping records up to date throughout the process
Customs clearance
