Overview

A well-established plumbing and heating contractor in Kent is expanding into the renewables sector and has secured a major contract for retrofit and full heating system installations, including ASHPs. They are seeking a Head of Renewables to lead and grow this new division, implementing processes, securing new business and driving expansion. The ideal candidate would have experience within the renewables industry who has experience within project management including budgeting, leadership and implementing processes. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Secure and maintain industry certifications while ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Identify and secure new opportunities, develop client relationships, and promote renewable solutions.

  • Oversee pricing, contract negotiations, and on-site project delivery to ensure efficiency and high standards.

  • Work with leadership to shape and expand the renewables division.
