- Experience working with key stakeholders in Commercial, Finance, Technical, Project Support, Operations and Service Delivery.
- Critically analyse the contractual service requirements for our partners, ensuring any gaps are meeting the requirement are bridged.
- Identify areas of improvement in the service journey for our partners, ensuring any gaps are identified and requirements are bridged.
- Identify areas of improvement in the service journey for our strategic Wholesale Partners.
- A proven track record in Service Delivery / Design or another related business-to-business-facing role is a must.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry would be highly desirable.
- Experience working for complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical business customers/partners is a must-have.
- An understanding of the ITIL methodology framework is a must have.
