MC Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Permanent Factory Night Cleaner for a reputable fresh produce company located on the outskirts of Maidstone, Kent.
The ideal candidate will have prior cleaning experience, ideally within the fresh produce industry, and possess their own transport due to the rural location of the role.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of 28,691, with working hours from 6pm to 6am on a 4-day on, 4-day off shift pattern.
Duties involve but not limited to:
- Machine Cleaning in the factory
- Using and industrial ride on floor cleaner so ideally have operated this before.
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping surfaces in the work areas.
- Refilling and restocking cleaning supplies
- Maintaining cleaning products and ordering new supplies when necessary
- Taking out the rubbish.
- Carrying out minor maintenance tasks.
- Conducting monthly disinfection and deep cleaning
Holiday pay and Requirements: - Previous experience as a cleaner - Ideally, a background working in the fresh produce industry as a factory cleaner. Pension options are also available.
