Monday to Friday 8am – 5:30pm / 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am – 1pm
Our client has an exciting career opportunity to join their workshop as an MOT Tester/Tyre Fitter. You will need to have previous experience as an MOT Tester within the motor trade and hold an MOT licence. The primary aspect of this role is MOT Testing, however, you will be expected to help out in the workshop fitting tyres, and general maintenance repairs (Fast Fit).
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Carrying out MOT service and Tyre Fitting to excellent standards.
• Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control on test results and additional work necessary.
• Ensuring quality inspection controls are carried out.
• Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
• Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
Your Background & Skill:
• Must be a qualified MOT Tester.
• Previous experience as a MOT Tester within the motor trade.
• Previous experience Fitting Tyres
• A full UK Driving Licence.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Passion for the automotive industry.
