- Deliver Entry Level Functional Skills Maths and English to groups of circa 15 unemployed learners, at a range of hubs across Kent and Essex.
- Embedding of Maths and English into vocational curriculum that meets learners needs.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions and provide ongoing IAG to learners.
- The successful candidate will be flexible with their delivery methods, providing differentiation and be able to adapt quickly to learners needs.
- Must have experience of delivering Functional Skills Maths and English up to Level 2.
- Must hold a recognised Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above.
- Must hold own Functional Skills in Maths and English / GCSE equivalents.
- Ability to overcome challenges and support learners to progress.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- The successful candidate must be engaging, and able to demonstrate energy and passion to motivate and teach learners.
- Demonstrate confidence, tenacity and ability to work on own initiative.
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
