£35,000 per annum equivalent to £17 per hour

We supply candidates from executive to operative level and are currently working with a contractor who are looking for Mould Wash operative in Maidstone
Role Duties;
- Following training generally assess and diagnose damp and mould problems.
Washing and cleaning affected surfaces within residents' homes.
Treating damp and mould with specified mould treatments.
Carrying our minor repair works.
Responsible for accurate completion of tasks using our in-house handheld PDA system.
Responsible for a company vehicle.
Provide reports on factors within that are a cause of damp and mould.
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a Damp and Mould:
- Experience in residential properties
Good social skills
Good customer service
Asbestos awareness certificate
DBS check
Drivers Licenses
Qualifications desired
