Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the highest standards of Atlas competencies, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Portfolio M&E PPM, minor works, and report on performance to the Contract Manager.
  • Keep the Client, Customer, and Team informed through feedback, regular updates, and clear communication.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the Customer and Team while ensuring best value for money in resources and materials.
  • Collaborate with Account Coordinators, Management, and Sub-Contractors to meet SLAs and ensure the safe delivery of works.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the Client, Customer, and Atlas colleagues, taking ownership of your sites.
  • Keep the Maximo system updated, accurately reporting time and materials through your tablet.
  • Fulfill out-of-hours call-out responsibilities when rostered.
Minimum Qualifications, Certifications and Training required
  • Full DrivingLicense
  • GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent
  • NVQ Level 2 Plumbing
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience for this role
  • Strong, demonstrable competencies of dealing with building services plant.
  • Knowledge and experience operating and adjusting Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Knowledge and experience of working on HVAC systems
  • 2 years previous experience within similar environment and in particular across area multi sites and multi discipline service delivery
  • Background in mobile engineering/property maintenance
  • Experience of working with asset/work management systems such as MAXIMO / CAFM systems on smartphones.
  • Ability to manage priorities in line with business needs
  • Ability to turn hand to most activities within a building maintenance environment
