In this role, you will be the backbone of the sales department, working alongside a small and enthusiastic team. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring that everything runs smoothly across all branches of the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Processing of sales data to calculate Sales Managers monthly commissions
  • Analysing sales data to provide the business with monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
  • Using supplier portals to support the business needs.
  • Booking accommodation, making travel arrangements for managers and customers
  • Arranging training
  • Booking courses, both through supplier portals and independently to meet company requirements.
  • Assisting in analysing sales data alongside mapping progress to provide the business with sales performance and true potential data.
  • Gaining an understanding to support all areas in the sales processes for new and used equipment.

Requirements:

  • Ability to learn quickly and take responsibility
  • Strong IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Excel, Word and Email
  • Accuracy with numbers
  • Be organised with the ability to multitask efficiently
  • Be self-motivated with the ability to work well with others
  • Have a flexible and approachable manner
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines and company guidelines
  • Professional and tidy appearance
