Exciting Opportunity: Quality Assurance Engineer

Permanent, Part-Time Position - 24 hours per week (3 full days, Monday to Thursday)

Salary: 26,000 per annum (Equivalent to 45,000 pro-rata)

If so, we want you to join our clients dynamic team as a Quality Assurance Engineer. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in delivering world-class products while minimising costs, defects, and returns.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Collaboration: Ensure products from suppliers meet high standards and specifications.
  • Cost Reduction: Introduce innovative processes to reduce manufacturing costs.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the reject process for component failures, working with the factory, engineering, and suppliers to resolve issues.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to the production process, driving continuous efficiency.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the QC and engineering teams to quickly address and resolve any quality concerns.
  • Technical Expertise: Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to ensure products meet precise quality criteria.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
