Job Title: Production Operative

Salary: 11.44 per hour - 12.50 per hour

Join our dynamic client, a business dedicated to providing high-quality products. We are currently seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join their fast-paced production environment. Position Details:
Working Hours: Monday - Friday : 7:00 am - 5:00 pm or 6:30 am - 4:30 pm or 8:00 - 5:00 pm - depending on the area you go into
Contract Type: Temporary to permanent for the right candidate
Location: Maldon
Key Responsibilities:
Working as part of a team in production
Assist in the production or packing of all products
Operate machinery and equipment as required
Carry out a variety of cleaning duties as directed
Ensure Company policies and procedures are followed
Comply with Company hygiene policies and procedures when undertaking operations
Work in a safe manner with due consideration for personal health and safety and that of co-workers at all times.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a factory or production environment is essential.
A strong work ethic with a commitment to producing high-quality products.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in various sections of production.
Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours.
