Production Operative - Maldon - own transport essential due to location
Salary: 11.44 per hour

Join our dynamic client, a business dedicated to providing high-quality products. We are currently seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join their fast-paced production environment. If you have previous factory or production experience and are looking for an opportunity to develop your skills, this could be the perfect role for you!
Position Details:
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, either 7:00 am - 5:00 pm or 6:30 am - 4:30 pm
Temporary to permanent for the right candidate
Location: Maldon
Key Responsibilities:
Working as part of a team in production
Assist in the production or packing of all products
Operate machinery and equipment as required
Ensure Company policies and procedures are followed
Work in a safe manner with due consideration for personal health and safety and that of co-workers at all times.

Previous experience in a factory or production environment is essential.
A strong work ethic with a commitment to producing high-quality products.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in various sections of production.
