My client is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the culinary team at one of their care homes in Essex.

Head Chef requirements:

• Qualified chef with experience in care homes, particularly familiar with the dietary needs of elderly and nursing residents.
• Menu planning and review skills to ensure meals are nutritious and well-balanced.
• Budget management expertise, maintaining costs while providing a high-quality diet.
• Strong knowledge of EHO (Environmental Health Officer) and COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) regulations.
