Your Role as Nursery Manager:
- Lead and manage the nursery team to ensure the highest standards of care and education.
- Develop and implement an engaging early years curriculum in line with the EYFS framework.
- Oversee safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance to maintain a safe and stimulating environment.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a positive, inclusive culture.
- Manage budgets, staffing, and operational aspects of the nursery effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
Level 3 or above in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent).Minimum 2 year's experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager.Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding policies.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Passionate about delivering outstanding childcare and early education.
