Contract Administrator required for our client, a well-established Electrical contractor who offer services across Commercial, Domestic, Industrial and Public Services.
This is an office-based role, so being commutable to Maldon is a necessity.
Contract Administrator Position Remuneration
- £25,000 - £27,000 DOE
- 21 Days + 8BH
- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
- Pension
- On-site parking
Contract Administrator Position Overview
- Coordinate and schedule Jobs with operatives and customers
- Updating Client Portals
- Preparing quotations
- Monthly reporting
- Liaising with customers via telephone and email
- Excellent phone manner - taking / making calls - booking appointments, dealing with residents and customers
Contract Administrator Position Requirements
- Strong communication abilities: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with IT and computer software: Familiarity with relevant tools.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Keen attention to detail: Precision in contract review and management.
- Collaborative team player: Work well within a team environment.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving capabilities: Adaptability to changing work demands.
- Experience working with engineers / electrical / construction admin (desirable)
