Our client a vibrant nursery/school situated in a beautiful part of Essex, is seeking a dedicated Early Years Teacher to join their team starting in September. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to teach in either Nursery or Reception.

Role Requirements:
- Proven experience in early years education
- A relevant early years teaching qualification
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- A passion for nurturing and developing young minds
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in Nursery or Reception
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Assessing and monitoring children's progress
