Assembly Operative - Maldon - Temporary to permanent opportunity - 12.21 per hour

Rotating weekly: Monday - Thursday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm / Monday - Thursday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm and Friday 7:30 am - 3:00 pm

We are looking for applicants who are practically minded and able to work well with their hands as the role requires the successful applicant to assemble small parts. Our client are prepared to train those who have not carried out this type of work before but have an interest in learning, so please apply!

There is an opportunity for a permanent role after 12 weeks for the right applicant.

The Person:

To have a high degree of attention to detail and a desire for high quality output

Ability to learn new practical skills

Ideally you will be able to read basic production drawings but full training can be given

The Job:

Assembling components and ensuring that all parts are fitted correctly

To ensure goods are packed and labelled to a high standard and in line with customer expectations

To help put stock away and pick stock as and when required

To ensure that schedule of work is adhered to

Working with a variety of hand and power tools

Inspecting products to ensure no faults
