Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator for our client based near Maldon on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate must be passionate about HR and the delivery of a high level of service within the business.

The main purpose to the role is to work as part of a highly customer focused HR team by delivering an excellent service to its Directors, Managers and employees in all daily operations of the department for all sites.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintaining all administration relating to employees with accuracy and consistency.

To assist the payroll department where required with preparing of employee payroll data

Taking minutes and producing outcome documentation

Process onboarding and offboarding documentation

Maintaing and keeping all employee records up to date.

Maintaining all HR related documents in accordance with current employment law and company procedures.

Maintaining all administration relating to employees with accuracy and consistency.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:

路 Experience of working within a HR department or administering HR related matters is essential

路 Experience taking minutes and producing outcome documentation

路 Strong experience of using Microsoft 365 and associated packages

路 Excellent communication skills

路 Ability to plan and prioritise your own time effectively.

路 Willingness to be flexible to meet workload demands.

路 Ability to work in a highly confidential environment, protecting information and data whilst respecting confidentiality is essential within a HR department.

Working hours are 40-hour week Monday to Friday. 08:30 - 17:00 (30-minute break) This is a full-time, on-site position
