  • The HR Administrator will be responsible for various HR processes, talent sourcing, and maintaining HR records.

Prime Appointments are currently recruiting an HR Administrator to join a company near Tollesbury. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 8:30-4:30pm. Paying 27,000 - 30,000 pa depending on experience.

This HR position is hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Core responsibilities for this HR Administrator role will include but are not limited to:

  • Support and lead HR processes - such as absence management, probation extensions, flexible working requests, consolidating payroll information, investigations, inductions, exit interviews etc.
  • Proactively source and attract the best talent using a variety of channels including social platforms, professional networks, company website as well as academic institutions and professional associations and agencies if required.
  • Updating and maintaining HR systems and records to ensure information is accurate.
  • Escalate and Assist the HR Advisor in regard to Absence management and Employee Relations to the HR Advisor.
  • Handle communications directly with colleagues and the business about approach and methods for complex problems in line with policies and procedures.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for queries for all employees within the Company and training with managers on day-to-day policies.
  • Build talent pipelines for future recruitment needs.


Experience required to be considered for this role:

  • CIPD qualification (preferred).
  • Experience in HR resourcing and HR support.
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise workload.
