Are you a careful, organised and detailed worker? A team player happy working in a small team environment?WE Talent are seeking a Loan Kit Assistant to help deliver a successful Loan Kit operation to clients across the UK

Working alongside the warehouse and quality teams you will be covering the following key responsibilities:

  • Manage Surgical Kits:

    • Inspect and service implant and instrument kits after customer use, checking for missing items and damage.
    • Ensure all relevant paperwork and system updates are completed for accurate and timely invoicing.
    • Maintain and replenish kits for future use by replacing damaged or out-of-date items and keeping system records updated.
  • Demonstration Kits:

    • Assemble and maintain demo kits to meet demand, replacing any missing or damaged items, and keeping system records accurate.
  • Compliance and Safety:

    • Follow all safety procedures and wear necessary protective equipment when handling contaminated goods.
    • Ensure compliance with company standards, including procedures and work instructions.
  • Coordination and Communication:

    • Work closely with the team management to ensure kits are processed and shipped on schedule.
    • Assist Customer Service with enquiries and ensure bookings are processed correctly.
  • Quality and Process Improvement:

    • Participate in stock/inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
    • Help resolve customer complaints, returns, and non-compliance issues, working with the Quality Assurance team.
    • Continuously improve business processes and contribute to maintaining high standards through regular reviews.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience of working in a warehouse/stores or stockroom environment (goods in / dispatch)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience of working in medical devices / loan kits is desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of modern warehousing practices and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and inventory management systems.
  • Attention to detail, taking pride and ownership in your role
