We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join our client based in Heybridge, working within an early year’s environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education and enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Engagement:

  • Booking nursery tours for prospective families, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
  • Chasing leads and following up with potential clients, ensuring all enquiries are addressed promptly.
  • Engaging with local community groups on social media to promote the nursery and generate interest.
  • Converting leads into enrolments by effectively communicating the benefits of our nursery to prospective parents.

Administration:

  • Sending out paperwork to customers, senior managers, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Managing and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answering telephone calls and providing excellent customer service to all enquiries.
  • Supporting the team with any additional administrative tasks as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A confident user of social media platforms for community engagement.
  • Experience in customer service or sales is desirable.
  • A friendly, professional attitude with a genuine interest in early years education.

The role is office-based working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

The client is paying a competitive salary between £24,000-£26,000 per annum depending on experience.
