Our client, based in Maldon, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join their warehouse team as a General Warehouse Operative (Picker/Packer). This role offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and dispatching orders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Ensuring all products are handled with care and meet quality standards
  • Loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
  • Assisting with stock checks and inventory management
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to lift and move goods when required
