GSL are seeking a motivated Business Graduate to join a thriving school in Maldon. This role is perfect for an ambitious individual looking to kick-start their career in education while sharing their business knowledge with eager students.

As a Business Graduate, you will:

• Assist in the delivery of business lessons to students.
• Support students in understanding key business concepts.
• Provide one-to-one support for students who need extra help.
• Work alongside the teaching staff to create an engaging learning environment.
• Contribute to curriculum development and extra-curricular activities related to business.

Requirements for the Business Graduate role:

• A degree in Business or a related field.
• A passion for education and working with young people.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to motivate and inspire students.
• A commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
