We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead and manage all aspects of human resources, ensuring the delivery of strategic and operational HR services.

In this pivotal role, you will work closely with senior management, driving initiatives in employee relations, talent acquisition, and organisational development while fostering a positive workplace culture. If you have a proven track record in HR leadership and are passionate about making a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you!

Main areas of responsibility:

  • Assist Managers with ER matters such as dispute resolution, disciplinaries, grievances, absence and redundancies
  • Ensuring procedures and compliance are followed at all times
  • Develop, maintain and update company policies and procedures
  • Able to identify and aid with required training and staff development
  • Provide accurate and current advice regarding benefits for both managers and employees
  • Competent with all areas of pension and healthcare administration
  • Maintain and update employee records
  • Deliver advice on successful recruitment and support with interview / new starter process
  • Carry out day to day housekeeping HR admin tasks
  • Help to create and maintain a safe working environment ensuring all Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to

Required Skills & Desired Experience:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Familiar with current employer and employees’ legislation
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
