Are you a skilled IT professional with 5+ years' experience and expertise in Microsoft technologies? My client are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer. You'll resolve technical challenges, perform server upgrades, and contribute to key IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve 2nd line support issues and manage escalations.
- Plan and execute server upgrades and system improvements.
- Maintain and administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
- Troubleshoot networks and support virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Collaborate with the team to ensure system security, performance, and compliance.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in IT support, with in-depth Microsoft expertise.
- Strong knowledge of networking, server upgrades, and virtualization.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA) are a plus.
