Based near Maldon in Essex, my client is the major supplier of mechanical MOT equipment and software for Garages throughout the UK. Due to continued success and expansion, they now seek an additional helpdesk member of staff to help new and existing customers with any technical issues with their hardware and software.
Role
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support
- Support customers via phone, live chat, virtual access and email re. hardware and software
- Log all support tickets and flag up any ongoing issues
- Provide IT support re. WiFi, MSOffice, Voip etc.
Needed:
- Technical support
- Knowledge / experience of Garage / MOT equipment and software ideally
- Excellent customer service skills
