Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance across the team. Key duties include:

Managing all aspects of warehouse tasks, including order picking, packing, Goods In, and Goods Out.
Supporting and mentoring the warehouse team, ensuring they work effectively towards KPIs.
Enforcing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across the warehouse to ensure full compliance.
Prioritizing and assigning workloads to team members to maintain smooth operations.
Monitoring and maintaining stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory management.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives, particularly around 5S practices and improving existing warehouse procedures.
Utilizing Microsoft Office and in-house systems to keep accurate records and inventory data up to date.
Collaborating with various departments across the business to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
Updating stock control systems to ensure accurate tracking of goods.

The Ideal Candidate

Hands-on experience in warehouse operations.
Solid knowledge of logistics, distribution, and supply chain processes.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Experience with batch control in a regulated environment.
Proficiency in using computer systems and warehouse management software.

What is on offer

Competitive salary ranging from 28,000 - 32,000, depending on experience.
Regular working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
