All Square Recruitment is recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor for a reputable employer based in Maldon, Essex.

They are anindependent business who have developed a reputation as a leading supplier of Medical products. This Warehouse Supervisor position is a great opportunity for someone to help continue improving processes and contribute to their growth.

Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance across the team. Key duties include:

  • Managing all aspects of warehouse tasks, including order picking, packing, Goods In, and Goods Out.
  • Supporting and mentoring the warehouse team, ensuring they work effectively towards KPIs.
  • Enforcing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across the warehouse to ensure full compliance.
  • Prioritizing and assigning workloads to team members to maintain smooth operations.
  • Monitoring and maintaining stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives, particularly around 5S practices and improving existing warehouse procedures.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office and in-house systems to keep accurate records and inventory data up to date.
  • Collaborating with various departments across the business to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
  • Updating stock control systems to ensure accurate tracking of goods.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Hands-on experience in warehouse operations.
  • Solid knowledge of logistics, distribution, and supply chain processes.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Experience with batch control in a regulated environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and warehouse management software.
