Are you a hands-on team player with a passion for leading a small, hard working warehouse team?WE Talent are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to help drive the security and efficiency of their warehouse operation. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring best practices across all warehouse operations, managing goods in and out, supporting the team by work allocation, prioritisation and leading by example.Key Responsibilities:• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth receipt, control, picking, and dispatch of goods.• Work closely with the Head of Supply Chain and the wider team to identify and implement improvements.• Support and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.• Maintain accurate stock levels, physical and system records, and uphold compliance with all procedures and standards.• Prioritise workloads to meet immediate and long-term targets, while ensuring the team meets KPIs.• Work to improve systems and practices.• Ensure team training is up to date and accurate.Skills & Experience:• Proven experience of working in a warehouse/stores or stockroom environment.• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.• Knowledge of modern warehousing practices and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and inventory management systems.• Attention to detail, with the ability to manage priorities and inspire the team through leadership and innovation.This role may suit an experienced warehouse individual with some supervisor / team leader experience who is looking for the next stepWe would particularly welcome applications from candidates who have worked in medical device / engineering / component manufacturing or distribution environments and are used to the attention to detail and accuracy required for the standards of workDon’t delay, apply now!
