Stock Control Co-Ordinator - Maldon, Essex - Monday-Friday - 27kpa

A client of ours near Maldon is recruiting a Stock Control Co-Ordinator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday, 6.30am - 2.30pm, with a competitive salary of up to 27,500 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyse, and quality check all data across sites related to daily manufacturing reports and processes for manufacturing operations
  • Liaise daily with the Manufacturing Manager and Production Unit Leader to manage stock control of raw materials and finished products, using Excel and Sage X3
  • Ensure data accuracy for all operational processes, including those related to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
  • Support compliance checks for site operations, including equipment and batch tracking
  • Maintain an active engineering log
  • Ensure efficient storage area compliance
  • Manage housekeeping standards to maintain audit readiness
  • Assist with creating training plans and maintaining training records
  • Track and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for raw material manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance and reviews
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure a smooth introduction of new products and processes
  • Any other duties as reasonably required

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Knowledge of manufacturing and production HSE processes and legislation is required
  • Previous experience in the food or beverage manufacturing is preferred
  • Essential knowledge of office-based procedures and proficiency with IT equipment, MS Office, and Sage X3
  • A team player with accountability, honesty, and professionalism
  • Ability to interpret technical information is essential
  • Support company vision, values, and strategic goals
  • Own transport due to location
